What this covers

This policy explains what information NetPlay collects through this website and the NetPlay court-camera service, and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist details — the email address (and any optional details) you submit through the waitlist form.
  • Session data — when you start a court session by scanning the courtside QR code, we process the match video recorded by the court camera together with the analysis generated from it (shot events, scores, highlights).
  • Account and payment basics — if you buy a session or membership, we receive confirmation of the purchase from our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • Technical data — basic logs needed to keep the service running, such as device type and approximate region. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To contact you about early access when you join the waitlist.
  • To create your match report and highlight clips and deliver them to you.
  • To improve shot-recognition quality and keep the service reliable and secure.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

Court recording

  • Cameras are fixed on the court and film gameplay only while a paid session is active.
  • Courts with a NetPlay camera carry courtside signage so players know recording is available.
  • Your match footage and reports are delivered to the players in the session; clips are shared further only when a player chooses to share them.

Storage and retention

  • Data is stored with our hosting and database providers inside the EU where possible.
  • Raw match video is kept only as long as needed to produce your report and highlights, then removed on a rolling schedule.
  • You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or session data at any time.

Your rights

  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
  • You can withdraw consent for future processing at any time.
  • EU/EEA residents have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
