Terms of Service

The service

  • NetPlay provides AI match analysis on participating padel courts: a fixed court camera films your session, and you receive a match page with the recording, highlight clips, match statistics and an AI game review.
  • Sessions are started by scanning the courtside QR code. Pricing shown at the court and on this site applies: €5 per session or €30 per month for a membership.
  • The service is provided under the NetPlay brand by SIA Glancee (registration no. 40203742503), Vijciema iela 1A, Rīga, LV-1006, Latvia.

Using NetPlay

  • You must be able to enter a binding agreement to buy a session or membership.
  • Start a session only for a court and time slot you are actually playing; everyone in your match should be aware the session is being recorded.
  • Don't misuse the service — no attempts to access other players' footage, disrupt the cameras, or reverse-engineer the analysis.

Payments and cancellation

  • Single sessions are one-off purchases charged when you start the session.
  • Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • If a technical fault on our side prevents your report from being produced, contact us and we will re-run the analysis or refund the session.

Your content

  • Match footage and reports from your sessions are for you and the players in your match.
  • You own your highlight clips and can share them wherever you like.
  • By using the service you allow NetPlay to process session footage to produce your analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

  • NetPlay provides analysis for training and entertainment; it is not professional coaching or medical advice — play within your own limits.
  • The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NetPlay's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session or membership month.
  • We are not responsible for court conditions, bookings, or other services provided by the club.
